Four-Step Journey
From Category Selection to Online Submission.

Select Your Category
Review the category criteria for Individual or Organization awards to identify the category that best aligns with your project or achievement.

Prepare Supporting Materials
Gather evidence substantiating your entry: metrics, case studies, press coverage, client testimonials, and high-resolution corporate/portrait imagery.

Complete the Entry Form
Fill out the official online submission form detailing the problem addressed, technological innovation, measurable impact, and replication potential.

Submit Online & Confirmation
Submit your entry prior to the official deadline. You will receive an official confirmation and submission tracking reference.
Required Visual Assets
Logo & Imagery Specifications.
To ensure high-fidelity media production and press releases, all entrants must include high-resolution visual assets with their online submission.
High-resolution official corporate logo (PNG or SVG format with transparent background).
1 or 2 high-resolution supporting photographs (JPEG or PNG format, minimum 1920x1080px) representing the project, product, deployment, or nominee.
Executive portrait photo for Individual Award nominees (high-res portrait orientation).
Confidentiality & Data Protection Assurance
All submitted documents, financial data, and technical metrics remain strictly confidential to the independent judging panel and audit team.
Note: Entrants may clearly mark sensitive commercial information within their submission as 'NOT FOR PUBLICATION' or tag section titles with (*). Such marked content will be treated with non-disclosure protocols and excluded from public press releases.

The Tech Innovation Awards (TIA) is an annual technology awards platform honoring organizations, individuals, and institutions driving innovation, digital transformation, and excellence across the ICT ecosystem in Africa.
The awards are open to technology providers, fintechs, enterprise businesses, public sector agencies, telcos, startups, and individual executives operating across Africa whose work demonstrates technological innovation.
Yes. Entrants may submit nominations across multiple categories provided each submission meets the specific category criteria and scope. Each entry is evaluated independently by the judging panel.
A completed online submission form, a high-resolution corporate logo (PNG/SVG), 1–2 high-res supporting project photographs, and optional supporting documentation (case studies, metrics, press coverage, testimonials).
Entries are assessed against six core criteria: Project/Work Relevance, Innovation, Sustainability, Efficiency & Effectiveness, Transparency, and Replication. The judging panel operates independently.
Submitted materials are treated with strict confidentiality by judges. Entrants can explicitly mark sensitive commercial data as 'NOT FOR PUBLICATION' to ensure it is excluded from public announcements.
The official submission deadline is 14 November 2026. Early submissions are encouraged to allow time for material verification.
